Tubacero is a 100% Mexican company engaged in the manufacture of high quality carbon steel pipes for hydrocarbons and other fluids in diameters ranging from 6 5/8″ to 150″, wall thicknesses up to 2.5″, and API grades up to X-100.
We have an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 tons. Our certifications to international standards and strict control processes rank us as the best choice for the customer.

3 Mills – Continuous Forming Process (ERW/HFW/DSAW)
Mill 1 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
Manufactures pipe from 20 to 48 inches in diameter with wall thicknesses up to one inch.
Mill 2 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
Manufactures pipe from 18 to 36 inches in diameter with wall thicknesses up to 5/8 inch.
Mill 3 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
Manufactures pipe from 6 5/8 to 16 inches in diameter with wall thicknesses up to half inch.
Process: Double Joint in lengths of 80 feet (24 meters).
Mill 4.Double jointing of Longitudinal submerged-arc welded pipe and an installed capacity to attend Monterrey production.
Process: Longitudinal submerged arc and installed capacity of 5,000 MT per year.
Mill 5 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
Produces pipe from 20" to 150" diameter pipe and wall thicknesses up to 2" including special products.
Process: Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded and installed capacity of 280,000 MT per year.
Mill 6 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
This facility is specialized in the production of longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe in diameters from 18 to 60 inches and wall thicknesses up to 2.5 inches for the oil and gas market in offshore and onshore lines, especially focused on deep water. It has its own coating plant.
Process: Helical Submerged Arc Welding and installed capacity of 180,000 metric tons, handles steel coil up to 96 inches wide, the only one in the world.
Mill 7 (API Grade 5L B to X-100)
This facility is specialized in the production of helical weld seam pipe in diameters from 24 to 144 inches and wall thicknesses up to 1 inch, in lengths of 24 meters used in the conduction of hydrocarbons, as well as for hydraulic structural and mechanical uses.
